Headlined by The Everest ($20m) alongside the King Charles III Stakes (G1), The Kosciuszko, Sydney Stakes (G3), Silver Eagle and the 7 Stakes, this ICONS experience places you inside the theatre of racing at its highest level.

Guests arrive into Sydney and are privately transferred to our five-star accommodation.
The weekend opens with a private sunset welcome event set against Sydney Harbour, as the city’s iconic skyline forms a striking backdrop for an evening of drinks and canapés.

Friday offers an opportunity to step into the world of racing ahead of the weekend’s feature events.
Guests will join a private gathering with figures from across the industry, providing insight into the people, preparation and anticipation surrounding the upcoming race day.
The afternoon continues with a long lunch alongside special guests from the sport, where conversation and racing perspective are matched with some of the finest Sydney hospitality.
Saturday,
17th October
Door-to-door private transfers to Royal Randwick Racecourse.
Guests experience premium race day hospitality for The TAB Everest, alongside a full Group 1 program.
The day is complemented by an all-inclusive dining and beverage offering from one of the most sought-after vantage points on course.

18th October
The weekend concludes with breakfast at leisure before guests depart Sydney via private airport transfers.
